Plainly put: we collect nothing. TowerSync: Construction does not request your name, email address, location, contacts, or usage habits. Photos you attach to a punch list entry, blueprint links you add, and calculator figures you enter stay exactly where you put them — on your device.
Because nothing is collected, there is nothing to use. We do not analyze your project data, build behavioral profiles, run advertising campaigns off your activity, or sell any information to anyone. There is no data pipeline, because there is no data leaving your phone.
Every floor status, material delivery schedule, inspection entry, site photo, and calculator result is stored locally on your device only. TowerSync does not operate a cloud database, and your project records are never uploaded to our servers — because we don't run any that hold your data.
The app contains no third-party analytics kits, advertising networks, or hidden trackers. We do not embed external SDKs that quietly phone home with your job site details. What happens on your device stays on your device.
Since your project data never leaves your device, it is protected by your device's own security — passcode, biometric lock, and OS-level encryption — rather than sitting exposed on a remote server that could be breached. Fewer moving parts, fewer risks.
TowerSync: Construction is a professional field tool and is not directed at children. Regardless of who uses the app, we collect no personal data from any user of any age, which keeps the app naturally aligned with COPPA principles.
There are no accounts to create and no login credentials to manage. You are always in full control of your project data — clear an entry, reset a stage, or uninstall the app entirely, and everything associated with it is gone from your device instantly.
If our approach to privacy ever changes, we will update this page with a revised effective date and describe what changed. We recommend checking back occasionally, though our commitment to staying local-first is not going anywhere.
